Junior Qualification & Digital Engineer

About the role

As a Junior Qualification & Digital Engineer you will evaluate inspection lots of LEGO elements and moulds, deciding on approval or rejection, while also contributing to the development of digital tools that support the qualification process.

Key responsibilities

• Perform final evaluation of LEGO elements on weight, measurements, function and visual aspects, with authority to approve or reject.
• Maintain and update documentation for each qualification step.
• Support daily qualification operations and assist site colleagues as needed.
• Collaborate with the Technology & Digitalization team on PiWeb development, reporting automation and API integrations.
• Participate in hands‑on development, testing and implementation of digital tools, acting as a bridge between operational needs and digital solutions.
• Engage in cross‑departmental initiatives where quality and digital perspectives are required.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of quality principles and a willingness to learn element evaluation from the ground up.
• Genuine interest in digital tools, data platforms and automation.
• Curious, structured and problem‑solving mindset.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Fluent English.
