About the role

Hudson Talent Solutions is seeking a Junior Recruiter to support a global leader in cross‑border money transfer and payment services. The role focuses on sourcing, screening and coordinating candidates for accounting, finance and fraud‑related positions, primarily in a remote setting while collaborating with senior recruiters and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for accounting, finance and fraud functions, building qualified pipelines.
• Present vetted candidates to senior recruiters and hiring managers promptly.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline updates in the ATS.
• Deliver a consistent, positive candidate experience throughout sourcing and screening.
• Hand off shortlisted candidates to senior recruiters with clear notes and context.
