Junior Recruiter – Remote (Young Professional)

About the role

Join BairesDev as a Young Professional Recruiter and start your career in talent acquisition. You will work remotely, supporting end‑to‑end recruitment for a variety of technical and non‑technical positions across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting jobs to coordinating interviews.
• Source candidates on job boards, LinkedIn and other platforms to build diverse pipelines.
• Screen applications and conduct initial calls to evaluate fit and interest.
• Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring teams to refine search strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in recruitment and people‑focused roles.
• Proactive, organized and able to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
