Junior Recruiter – Remote (Young Professional)

About the role

BairesDev is looking for a motivated Young Professional to join its Talent Acquisition team as a Junior Recruiter. This remote position offers the chance to work with a global, multicultural group of top‑tech talent while developing end‑to‑end recruitment skills.

Key responsibilities

• Support the full recruitment cycle, from posting jobs and sourcing candidates to screening and coordinating interviews.
• Source talent through job boards, LinkedIn and other platforms to build diverse pipelines.
• Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate fit and interest.
• Arrange and manage interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring teams to refine search strategies and understand role requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
• Familiarity with job board platforms.
