Junior Sales Operations Associate

About the role

Arrow is hiring a Junior Sales Operations Associate in its Guadalajara office (Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico). The role supports sales teams by driving the quote-to-order process, resolving order and pricing issues and keeping customers informed. It is a full-time position with a hybrid schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quotes and review customer purchase orders for accuracy (pricing, part numbers, terms).
• Enter sales orders into Arrow's ERP system.
• Act as key internal liaison between customers and sales teams and departments such as Engineering, Purchasing and Supplier Marketing.
• Identify order or pricing discrepancies early and resolve them with Sales, customers and shared services.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries about quotes, order status and technical specifications.
• Manage day-to-day quote activities and tactical sales operations in line with corporate processes and customer goals.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or 1-2 years of experience supporting sales teams or in a sales role.
• English proficiency with excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience managing an ERP (Oracle preferred).
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Power BI is desirable.
