Junior Shipping Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Junior Shipping Supervisor to join our logistics team in Monterrey. In this hands‑on position you will coordinate daily outbound shipments, work closely with warehouse staff, carriers and customers, and ensure that deliveries are accurate and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily inbound and outbound material flow.
• Schedule shipments based on customer priorities and operational needs.
• Confirm shipment readiness, documentation, material availability and carrier appointments.
• Prioritize urgent and time‑sensitive orders.
• Coordinate loading and dispatch with warehouse personnel and transportation providers.
• Track shipment progress and communicate delays or exceptions.
• Maintain shipment records and trackers in SAP.
• Prepare daily shipping reports using Excel, Power BI or similar tools.
• Support issue resolution, escalate risks and contribute to root‑cause analysis.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support special projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business or related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in shipping, transportation, warehousing or manufacturing operations.
• Proven ability to coordinate daily operational activities and work under pressure.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and customer‑service orientation.
