Key Account Management Senior Specialist

About the role

Marelli is seeking a Senior Specialist in Key Account Management to join its Sales Interior Mexico team. Reporting to the Sales Manager and based in Aguascalientes, you will support internal sales processes and regional account activities, ensuring accurate data and timely execution.

Key responsibilities

• Provide information for internal requests, month‑end closures, forecasting and business‑plan development.
• Conduct detailed data analysis to support sales activities with high accuracy.
• Manage regional account tasks such as price adjustments and customer portal updates.
• Address internal account queries, including resolution of past‑due invoices.
• Negotiate pricing related to engineering changes, material escalations and other claims.

Required profile

• Advanced spoken and written English.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Detail‑oriented with the capacity to handle multiple open tasks efficiently.
• Experience in the automotive industry, familiar with shared platforms and databases.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with other Microsoft Office tools.
