Lead Data Manager - Clinical Data Science

About the role

ICON Strategic Solutions is hiring a Lead Data Manager (Clinical Data Science Lead) in Mexico City. Working in a sponsor-dedicated model, you will drive data science initiatives within clinical trials so that analyses provide meaningful insights for strategic decisions. The role manages day-to-day clinical data science activities and supports the team in delivering quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of data science strategies to improve clinical trial data analysis.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify key data requirements and analytical needs.
• Oversee the development of statistical models and analytical tools to optimise data interpretation.
• Mentor team members in best practices for data analysis and visualisation.
• Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through presentations and reports, influencing project direction.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, computer science or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in data analysis and project leadership within a clinical research setting.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and develop your team.
• Willingness to travel approximately 15% of the time.
• Legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
