Lead Product Manager – Technical

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Lead Product Manager – Technical to drive the vision, strategy and execution of transaction flow platforms and integration initiatives. The role will own end‑to‑end product lifecycle, collaborate with engineering and architecture teams, and ensure scalable, high‑performance solutions for the payments ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate product roadmaps, balancing strategic investments, operational priorities and technical enablement.
• Lead intake, prioritization and backlog management using value‑driven frameworks such as WSJF.
• Translate business objectives into epics, features and user stories with clear acceptance criteria and success metrics.
• Partner with architects and engineering leads to specify technical requirements, API contracts and integration strategies.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain strong ALM governance to ensure delivery alignment.

Required profile

• 6+ years of product management experience on complex technology platforms, integrations or enterprise‑scale solutions.
• Proven ability to make data‑driven prioritization decisions and manage full product lifecycle from discovery to continuous optimization.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leadership.
