Legal AI Implementation & Training Lawyer

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned lawyer with deep knowledge of U.S. law and hands‑on experience implementing AI solutions in legal environments. The role is fully remote and focuses on designing, delivering, and supporting AI‑driven workflows for law firms and corporate legal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify legal processes that can be streamlined or automated with AI.
• Design and deliver AI workshops and monthly training sessions for attorneys.
• Train clients on platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Spellbook, Harvey, and Clio.
• Create prompt playbooks, training materials, and reusable AI workflows.
• Implement and support AI tools within law‑firm operations.
• Conduct live demonstrations using real legal documents.
• Track training hours, adoption rates, time savings, and operational improvements.
• Prepare client‑facing reports on ROI and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to U.S. legal ethics, confidentiality, and data‑protection requirements.
• Manage client relationships and provide additional consulting as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent professional English communication.
• Law degree and active license to practice law.
• Strong, demonstrable knowledge of U.S. law.
• Experience working at a U.S. law firm, preferably in real‑estate law.
• Hands‑on experience implementing AI within legal workflows.
• Proven ability to train attorneys and legal professionals on AI tools.
• Excellent presentation, consulting, and project‑management skills.

What we offer

• Hourly rate of USD 45‑55, based on experience.
