Legal Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized, detail‑oriented Legal Assistant to support a growing U.S.-based personal injury law firm that handles motor‑vehicle accident cases. The position is fully remote, working on U.S. Eastern Time, and offers the chance to contribute to every stage of case management while delivering exceptional client service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day administrative and legal support to attorneys, paralegals, and case managers.
• Prepare routine legal correspondence, internal documents, and case summaries.
• Upload, organize, and maintain files in the firm’s case‑management system.
• Request, track, and organize medical records, bills, and other supporting documentation.
• Communicate professionally with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and third‑party contacts.
• Follow Georgia‑specific personal injury workflows, internal SOPs, and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of experience supporting U.S. personal injury law firms.
• Demonstrated ability to manage case documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and adhere to EST schedule.
