Legal Intake Specialist

About the role

RWI Law, a Minneapolis‑based family law firm, is looking for a Remote Legal Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for prospective clients. You will help create a positive first impression and guide families through the initial intake process with empathy and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound inquiries and serve as the primary contact for new client prospects.
• Collect and verify client information, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Provide clear explanations of the firm’s services and set expectations for the legal process.
• Maintain a supportive and organized intake workflow, coordinating with attorneys and staff as needed.
• Track intake metrics and contribute to performance‑based bonus goals.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Professional, empathetic demeanor when dealing with families in transition.
• Ability to work remotely following a Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM (Minnesota) schedule.
• Residency in Mexico, as the position is based there.
