Legal Intake Specialist – Remote (Mexico)

About the role

This remote position is the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal support in Mexico. You will combine client service, communication, and consultative skills to understand callers' needs, qualify opportunities, and connect them with the appropriate legal resources.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls with empathy, professionalism, and active listening.
• Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and assessing suitability for available legal services.
• Schedule consultation appointments while meeting weekly booking goals.
• Complete intake documentation accurately in the legal CRM system.
• Follow up with potential clients, answer pre‑consultation questions, and maintain engagement until appointments are confirmed.
• Manage sensitive client information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Participate in call reviews and coaching sessions to improve intake quality and conversion performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transfer of qualified opportunities.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in legal intake, client relations, or legal administration.
• Strong consultative communication skills and ability to build trust with potential clients.
• Excellent spoken English with a warm, confident, and professional tone.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage sensitive personal situations.

Required skills

• Experience with legal CRM platforms such as Lawmatics or similar intake management tools.
