Lifecycle Specialist – Employee Relations & Transitions (LATAM)

About the role

Remote is looking for a Lifecycle Specialist focused on Employee Relations & Transitions for its LATAM market. In this fully remote position you will act as an extension of our clients’ HR teams, handling employee exits and providing first‑level employee‑relations support while ensuring legal compliance and a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage voluntary and involuntary employee exits for external employees, ensuring compliance with local employment laws.
• Provide first‑level employee‑relations assistance, guiding clients through workplace concerns and coordinating appropriate resources.
• Deliver responsive and pleasant customer service throughout the transition process.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements and strategic initiatives within the Lifecycle team.

Required profile

• Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
• Proven track record managing employee exits with sensitivity, legal accuracy, and strong communication.
• Solid understanding of employment legislation across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ability to interpret industrial instruments, analyse complex HR issues, conduct research and propose practical solutions.
