Local SEO Account Manager – Client Success & Growth

About the role

This remote‑friendly position focuses on managing and growing relationships with local business clients in Mexico. You will act as the primary point of contact, guiding clients through onboarding, delivering performance insights, and ensuring they achieve measurable results through Local SEO and digital marketing services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end client onboarding, setting clear expectations and establishing strong initial engagement.
• Serve as the main communication channel for clients, handling updates, strategy discussions, and ongoing relationship management.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports covering rankings, traffic, leads, and campaign outcomes.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to expand client value with additional SEO, advertising, or content services.
• Monitor client satisfaction proactively, address concerns, and work to maintain high retention and low churn.
• Coordinate with internal SEO, project management, and delivery teams to ensure timely execution of client strategies.
• Align client goals with marketing performance to support continuous account growth.

Required profile

• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with a customer‑first mindset.
• Familiarity with Local SEO fundamentals such as Google Business Profile, citations, and local rankings.
• Experience in account management, customer success, business development, or agency‑side client services.
• Sales‑oriented attitude with the ability to spot growth opportunities.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of handling multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced agency environment with frequent client interaction.
