Logistics Leader

About the role

This position ensures the seamless flow of products from suppliers to customers, balancing timeliness, cost efficiency, and quality standards. The Logistics Leader works closely with internal teams, external vendors, and customers to drive operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee transportation of goods, ensuring timely deliveries, route optimization, and cost‑effective shipping methods.
• Supervise warehousing activities, including inventory control, storage, order picking, and stock rotation.
• Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and customers to guarantee accurate and on‑time deliveries.
• Develop and manage logistics budgets, monitor expenses, and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Lead and develop logistics teams such as drivers, warehouse staff, and coordinators, providing training and performance support.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure logistics performance.
• Analyze logistics data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business or a related field (preferred).
• 3‑5 years of experience in logistics, supply‑chain or operations management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong command of Microsoft Office suite.
