Manager Channel Activation Sports

About the role

The Manager Channel Activation Sports will act as an internal agency driving activation tools and experiences across all points‑of‑sale channels – retail, franchise and wholesale – for adidas. This role ensures that seasonal and in‑season materials are aligned with brand standards and delivered efficiently to support commercial readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketplace Development, Channel Activation and Visual Merchandising to plan and execute sell‑in and in‑season materials.
• Provide country‑level teams with tools, frameworks and guidelines that promote consistency across campaigns.
• Monitor and assess campaign performance, analyse market data and document actionable insights.
• Adapt, deliver and execute channel activation assets such as playbooks, in‑store guidelines and toolkits for both physical and digital channels.
• Partner with execution agencies to ensure brand‑standard compliance and quality across consumer touchpoints.
• Support rollout of new tools, fixtures and store spaces in collaboration with Visual Merchandising.
• Coordinate campaign execution to achieve On‑Time, In‑Full delivery and identify gaps for continuous improvement.
• Contribute to centralising briefing processes, fixture maps and timelines to improve speed‑to‑market.
• Monitor budgets, support standardized performance metrics and facilitate training for country teams.
