Manufacturing & Process Engineer

About the role

Bosch is seeking a Manufacturing & Process Engineer for a 6‑month fixed‑term assignment at its Toluca plant, supporting the production of the Arm of Wiper Systems. The role focuses on planning, developing, and optimizing manufacturing methods for highly automated lines that include robotics and vision systems.

Key responsibilities

• Define, develop, and continuously improve manufacturing processes to meet product specifications and performance targets.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives and problem‑solving activities (8D) to reduce downtime, scrap, and failure costs.
• Create and maintain production documentation such as FMEA, visual aids, flow diagrams, and control plans.
• Ensure safety compliance and provide tooling specifications to guarantee production continuity and quality.
• Implement quality‑assurance processes using core automotive quality tools.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Mechatronic engineering.
• 1‑3 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Advanced level of English.
• Strong analytical, systematic, and structured work approach.
