Manufacturing Supervisor

About the role

Bosch is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to ensure efficient performance of its production lines. The role involves monitoring key indicators, managing documentation, handling faults, and driving continuous improvement while maintaining compliance with operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily and weekly production plans, ensuring targets are met and coordinating with support areas to resolve deviations.
• Define and implement certification strategies for operators based on production needs.
• Verify that operational documentation, work instructions, and records are up‑to‑date and correctly used at workstations.
• Lead Gemba walks and DMM board meetings to review performance, identify issues, and create action plans.
• Monitor recurring failures, document incidents, and trigger timely corrective actions.
• Track IDC actions to ensure closure and implementation of preventive measures.
• Address disciplinary cases professionally and provide constructive feedback.
• Apply Bosch Production System (BPS) tools to drive standardisation and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate shift handovers by communicating key information, open issues, and priorities.
• Lead improvement projects focused on productivity, quality, safety, and efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3‑7 years of experience in manufacturing or production supervision.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
