Marketing Coordinator (Remote, Mexico)

About the role

We are seeking a creative and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our fully remote team in Mexico. In this junior to mid‑level position you will support the planning, execution and optimisation of multi‑channel marketing campaigns, helping to raise brand awareness and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, execution and optimisation of marketing campaigns across email, social media and other digital channels.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables and communication with internal teams and external partners.
• Create and schedule content for social media, email newsletters and promotional materials.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics and prepare regular reports.
• Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activity and industry insights.
• Support lead‑generation initiatives in collaboration with the sales team.
• Maintain marketing calendars and ensure timely delivery of all activities.
• Update website content and manage digital marketing tools and databases.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing or communications.
• Strong organisational and project‑coordination abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
