Marketing Coordinator (Remote – Mexico/Spain)

About the role

The company is a fast‑growing retail brand expanding across Spain and Latin America. As a Marketing Coordinator you will join the newly‑formed marketing team and help drive campaigns and content initiatives for the LATAM market while working remotely from Mexico or Spain.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing in daily execution of digital and offline campaigns.
• Schedule and publish posts across social media channels and engage with the community.
• Coordinate content production with external creative partners and keep the marketing calendar up‑to‑date.
• Compile weekly performance reports and monitor key metrics.
• Support logistics for events, activations and other marketing activities.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in marketing or communications.
• Fluent Spanish and strong written English.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to juggle multiple tasks.
• Detail‑oriented and able to work independently without constant supervision.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with social media platforms and content‑scheduling tools.
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Meta Business Suite.
