Marketing Resource Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and strategic Marketing Resource Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our client campaigns. This role blends project management, client strategy, and marketing execution to ensure every component—from SEO and content to creative and client services—works in harmony.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end lifecycle of integrated marketing campaigns (SEO, content, social, etc.), from planning and resource allocation to final reporting.
• Manage allocation and scheduling of marketing specialists (SEO, strategists, copywriters, designers) to maintain optimal workload distribution.
• Drive project timelines using tools such as monday.com, identify risks early, and remove roadblocks to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Act as a trusted marketing advisor to clients, translating business objectives into actionable strategies and project plans.
• Lead client communications, set expectations, and build lasting partnerships based on performance.
• Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration between SEO, content, development, and paid‑media teams.
