Marketing Team Leader – Mexico & Latin America

About the role

The Marketing Team Leader will drive Hanwha Vision’s regional marketing strategy across Mexico and Latin America. Based in Mexico City, the role reports to executive leadership and works closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Engineering and channel partners to grow brand presence, generate demand and support business expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive regional marketing plan aligned with revenue targets, including budgets, KPIs and performance metrics.
• Lead brand positioning, market penetration and customer engagement initiatives, identifying market opportunities and competitive trends.
• Design and manage integrated B2B demand‑generation campaigns, roadshows, webinars and industry events to build pipeline and strengthen relationships with distributors, STEP partners and system integrators.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to create partner marketing programs and co‑marketing activities that accelerate sales opportunities.
• Lead, mentor and coordinate the regional marketing team, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across multiple Latin American countries.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading B2B marketing organizations in technology, telecommunications, security or related industries.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing programs.
• Excellent leadership and team‑development skills in a multicultural, fast‑paced environment.
• Demonstrated success in channel marketing, demand generation and brand management.
