About the role

The Martell Group is looking for a proactive Marketing Virtual Assistant to support its marketing and content teams. This remote position will handle day‑to‑day operational tasks, allowing senior marketers to focus on strategy and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the execution and coordination of multi‑channel marketing initiatives.
• Manage project timelines, task tracking, and marketing workflows.
• Prepare assets, documents, and materials for campaign launches.
• Publish content on social media and digital platforms, coordinating captions, thumbnails, and supporting files.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and content opportunities.
• Handle recurring administrative tasks, schedule meetings, and track deliverables.
• Enter data, generate reports, and document processes.
• Support special projects and ad‑hoc initiatives as the business scales.

Required profile

• Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
• Tech‑savvy with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and proactive problem‑solving.
• Available during North American business hours; Latin America location preferred.
