Materials Planner III

About the role

Regal Rexnord is hiring a Materials Planner III in Apodaca, Mexico, in a fully onsite position at its designated office. The role manages procurement and supply chain activities to ensure material availability, optimize inventory and keep production running. It supports demand planning, material requirements planning (MRP), supplier management, purchase orders, inventory control and supply chain risk mitigation so that production schedules and customer commitments are met.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze demand and forecasts to support material planning.
• Manage MRP and carry out purchasing activities according to production requirements.
• Ensure material availability for production schedules and new product introductions.
• Monitor supplier performance and follow up on delivery commitments.
• Manage inventory levels and safety stock strategies.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain disruptions and resolve past-due backlog issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and coordinate with Planning, Operations, Sourcing and Suppliers for business continuity.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in procurement and supply chain management.
• Experience managing overseas suppliers and long lead-time materials.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency required.
