Medical Science Liaison – Oncology/Hematology

About the role

BeOne is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to support the development of its pre‑clinical and clinical pipeline in hematology‑oncology. Based in Mexico City, the MSL will act as the scientific bridge between BeOne and the medical community, fostering collaborations with healthcare providers, academic leaders, and key opinion groups.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate external research collaborations and clinical initiatives with physicians, academic institutions, and cancer centers.
• Serve as the scientific expert on BeOne’s pipeline, presenting data and discussing emerging evidence with the medical community.
• Develop and execute regional scientific strategies to build and maintain compliant relationships with opinion leaders and research partners.
• Provide internal stakeholders with timely feedback on clinical trends, competitor activities, and therapeutic insights.
• Support pre‑launch and post‑launch medical affairs activities for hematology‑oncology products, working closely with cross‑functional teams including clinical development, regulatory, safety, and commercial functions.
• Organize and contribute to regional advisory boards, scientific meetings, and guideline development initiatives.

Required profile

• Advanced degree in a life‑science or medical field (PhD, PharmD, MD, or equivalent).
• Professional experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, preferably within hematology or oncology.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage senior clinicians and researchers.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
