Membership Manager – Los Cabos

About the role

The Membership Manager is the primary point of contact for members at Soho House Los Cabos, responsible for welcoming new members, managing the membership committee and ensuring a high‑quality experience that reflects the brand’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Uphold Soho House brand standards and club rules in all member interactions.
• Recruit and onboard new members, conduct coffee or virtual meetings with applicants, and manage wait‑list generation.
• Maintain daily communication with members, resolve issues, and follow up on feedback.
• Lead the membership committee, coordinate its activities and ensure diverse representation across creative industries.
• Oversee the membership administration team, handling card issuance, payments and paperwork.
• Support member retention by monitoring resignations, freezes and renewals.
• Collaborate with the Events and Communications teams to plan, promote and execute member‑focused events.
• Represent the club in local creative and social scenes to build awareness and attract prospective members.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with a service‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a visible presence in the club.
• Experience in hospitality, club management or a related customer‑facing role.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.

• Proficiency with membership management software or CRM systems.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to generate reports and analyse member feedback.
