About the role

Lucyd is seeking a Meta Media Buyer to execute paid‑social growth strategies for its portfolio of wellness and health‑tech brands. Working closely with a Growth Strategist, you will build, launch, and scale Meta advertising campaigns that drive profitable customer acquisition and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch, manage and continuously optimize Meta ad campaigns across multiple DTC ecommerce clients.
• Design and execute testing plans covering audiences, creatives, placements, budgets and campaign structures.
• Monitor daily performance metrics and make data‑driven decisions to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Manage campaign budgets and pacing to align with client performance goals.
• Troubleshoot delivery issues, tracking discrepancies and platform‑related challenges.
• Analyze results using Meta Ads Manager and supporting analytics tools, identifying trends and optimization opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience executing paid‑social campaigns on Meta platforms.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, results‑oriented environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Curiosity and adaptability to navigate policy‑constrained advertising sectors such as hemp, cannabis‑adjacent products, telehealth, supplements and functional wellness.
