Mobile Engineer (AI) – Remote

About the role

Join BairesDev as a Mobile Engineer with an AI focus, building brand‑new Android products in a fast‑moving startup environment. You will work remotely, taking ideas from concept to production while delivering truly AI‑powered mobile experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose with an AI‑native mindset.
• Implement multi‑agent orchestration using LangGraph, CrewAI, or comparable open‑source frameworks.
• Own the full delivery cycle from product requirements to production with minimal supervision.
• Contribute to web or backend layers when needed and navigate unfamiliar codebases confidently.
• Drive several net‑new product initiatives simultaneously.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin for Android development.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑native multi‑agent orchestration.
• Self‑directed product engineering mindset, comfortable working from brief specifications.
• Ability to work across full‑stack codebases.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
