MRB Liaison Engineer (Remote)

About the role

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a remote MRB Liaison Engineer to support aircraft manufacturing operations. The role focuses on investigating non‑conformances, evaluating deviations, and delivering technical solutions that ensure safety, performance and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve manufacturing non‑conformances affecting aircraft structures and assemblies.
• Evaluate manufacturing deviations and assess their impact on product performance, safety and compliance.
• Develop engineering dispositions, sketches and technical solutions in line with industry and company standards.
• Collaborate with Stress, Materials & Processes, Aerodynamics, Quality, Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams to support production activities.
• Provide technical support for operational issues, design changes and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of MRB/MAP experience in commercial or business aviation, or 8+ years of aerospace design engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft structures, system installations and composite materials.
• Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
• Professional fluency in English (written and spoken) and strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• CATIA V5 or comparable CAD software.
• Mechanics of materials and stress‑strain analysis.
• Composite material knowledge.
• Microsoft Office suite.
