National Recruiter – Remote (Work from Home)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic National Recruiter to lead full‑cycle hiring across all markets in the Philippines. Working from home, you will partner with Operations, Regional Directors, Market Managers, and the National Administrative Team to attract, screen, and place both internal operational talent and external hospitality professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for internal and hospitality‑related positions.
• Conduct phone screenings, initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Create and maintain job postings on multiple recruitment platforms.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and other hiring channels.
• Build and sustain candidate pipelines for high‑volume hiring needs.
• Assist applicants with application completion and onboarding processes.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and maintain accurate hiring documentation.
• Collaborate with regional and market teams to meet staffing requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition.
• Experience in hospitality, staffing agencies, or high‑volume recruitment is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, adaptable, and team‑oriented mindset.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and online recruiting tools.
• Familiarity with job boards and social media recruitment channels.
