North America dMPS Opportunity Consultant

About the role

The North America dMPS Opportunity Consultant works closely with pursuit and account teams to understand local engagement scopes and contracts. The role provides critical analysis, recommendations, and tailored simulations to support presales and strategic negotiations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with pursuit and account teams to gather engagement details and deliver analysis and recommendations.
• Conduct in‑depth analysis of customer data, industry benchmarks, and internal win/loss trends.
• Develop customized simulations and innovative solutions for each engagement.
• Act as a Finance, HR, or Strategic Negotiation consultant for presales and account teams.
• Ensure proper business controls, including order booking, labor tracking, and project cost management.
• Lead due‑diligence design and coordination for opportunity consulting.
• Provide expert documentation to support the SOAR process.
• Participate in project/program reviews and validate financial status.
• Mentor lower‑level employees and build productive internal/external relationships.

Required profile

• Four‑year or graduate degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 7‑10 years of experience in contracting practices, government regulations, change management, outsourcing, or managed services.
