North America dMPS Opportunity Consultant

About the role

This position supports pursuit and account teams across North America by providing in‑depth analysis, simulations and strategic recommendations for local engagements and contracts. The consultant acts as a finance, HR or strategic negotiating advisor during pre‑sales and ensures rigorous business controls throughout the opportunity lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with pursuit and account teams to understand engagement scope and deliver required analysis and recommendations.
• Perform detailed analysis of customer data, industry benchmarks and internal win/loss trends to generate insights.
• Develop tailored simulations and innovative solutions aligned with engagement requirements.
• Apply and monitor business controls including order booking, labor tracking and project cost management.
• Lead due‑diligence design and coordination for opportunity consulting.
• Provide documentation and expert input for the SOAR process and participate in project/program financial reviews.
• Mentor junior staff and build productive internal and external relationships.

Required profile

• Four‑year or graduate degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years of experience in contracting, government regulations, change management, outsourcing or managed services.
• Proven ability to work on complex problems and exercise independent judgment.
