Office Supervisor & HR Coordinator (Mexico)

About the role

We are seeking an Office Supervisor / HR Coordinator to manage day-to-day office operations while supporting core HR activities. The role blends facilities oversight with recruitment and onboarding responsibilities, ensuring a smooth and engaging workplace for all employees.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor office attendance, enforce workplace policies, and address concerns proactively.
• Manage office logistics including supplies, equipment, vendor relationships, security, maintenance requests and facility services.
• Coordinate employee perks, team events and engagement initiatives.
• Set up workstations and equipment for new hires and act as the primary point of contact for office-related queries.
• Support recruitment by scheduling interviews, managing candidate pipelines, conducting phone screens for junior and LATAM roles, and partnering with external agencies.
• Oversee onboarding and off-boarding processes, maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS, and assist with HR reporting and company-wide events.
• Identify and implement process improvements, leveraging AI tools and automation where appropriate.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in office management, administration, HR coordination or a similar function.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive attitude, quick learner and comfortable taking initiative without detailed direction.

Required skills

• Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS).
• Experience using AI or automation tools to improve productivity.
