On-site Bilingual IT Support Specialist

About the role

HCLTech is seeking an experienced on‑site IT Support Specialist who can work bilingually to provide 24x5 technical assistance across multiple locations. The role involves break‑and‑fix, IMAC/D activities, preventive maintenance, and support for VIP users, meeting rooms, mobile devices, and server/network infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on‑site desktop support for Windows OS, mobile device management, video‑conferencing systems, and L3 applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, performing GAP analysis for global end‑users.
• Document recurring issues in the Customer Knowledge Base and update case status in the ITSM system.
• Follow critical incident processes and ensure consistent procedures across the enterprise.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of combined experience supporting desktop and mobile technologies.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work independently.
