Onsite Operations Team Lead

About the role

Fever, a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for an Onsite Operations Team Lead in Mexico City. As part of the Operations team, you will coordinate and deliver high-impact initiatives, aligning teams, resources and priorities. It is a dynamic, hands-on role combining operational planning, team leadership, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Design and coordinate operational plans covering all requirements.
• Lead the implementation of initiatives from planning through completion.
• Manage and support an onsite team, keeping everyone aligned and motivated.
• Identify challenges, make decisions and find practical solutions in fast-paced environments.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders such as Sales, Marketing, Originals and other internal departments.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and build more efficient, scalable operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics or a related field.
• At least 3 to 4 years of relevant experience (e.g. consulting, operations or tech).
• Ability to speak Spanish and English.
• Organized, structured and proactive, comfortable in dynamic and ambiguous environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to manage teams in a structured way.
