About the role

Freudenberg Filtration Technologies is looking for a Production Operator to join its Silao plant. You will work on a dedicated machine line, ensuring smooth operation and high‑quality output in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

Operate the assigned machine and monitor key process indicators.
Perform basic adjustments, part changes, and first‑level maintenance.
Handle raw materials and finished products, ensuring proper flow.
Record process and quality data accurately.
Escalate technical issues when necessary and follow SOPs and safety standards.

Required profile

Secondary education (high school) completed.
At least 12 months experience as a production operator.
Ability to follow instructions and work safely on machinery.
Basic technical knowledge of industrial equipment.
