Operations Legal & Compliance – REPSE Specialist

About the role

The Operations Legal and Compliance – REPSE Specialist ensures that the company’s commercial operations comply with internal policies and external regulations. This role provides legal guidance on subcontracting and specialized services, manages documentation, and oversees mandatory reporting to authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the internal legal reference for subcontracting and specialized services across all business units.
• Identify, assess and communicate legal and regulatory risks, proposing corrective actions.
• Monitor legislative changes in labor, tax and social security and translate their impact into internal processes.
• Review, draft and negotiate specialized services contracts, ensuring inclusion of required compliance clauses (REPSE accreditation, IMSS/INFONAVIT obligations, joint liability, etc.).
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Sourcing, Procurement, HR and Operations to formalize contracts.
• Design and oversee document‑management processes for monthly compliance reporting.
• Maintain the repository of subcontracting and specialized services documentation and monitor vendor performance through dashboards.
• Prepare and submit mandatory quarterly reports to IMSS and INFONAVIT using the ICSOE and SISUB systems.
• Manage the annual external audit and coordinate responses to government audits and inspections.

Required profile

• Legal or compliance background with experience in Mexican labor, tax and social security regulations.
• Proven ability to assess legal risks and provide actionable advice to process owners.
• Strong coordination skills to work with cross‑functional teams (Legal, Finance, HR, Operations).
• Experience in contract drafting and negotiation for specialized services.
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements to IMSS, INFONAVIT and other authorities.

Required skills

• Experience with regulatory reporting systems such as ICSOE and SISUB.
