Operations Project Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Project Lead to streamline daily workflows and keep our fast‑paced team aligned. You will create concise daily briefs, monitor progress, and ensure that all deliverables move forward on schedule while supporting both internal initiatives and occasional client interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Create a daily one‑page document summarizing tasks, deadlines, and relevant links for the team.
• Track task progress throughout the day and provide real‑time updates to management.
• Collect completed work, relay feedback, and adjust schedules as needed.
• Maintain company file systems, including version history and general operations documentation.
• Ensure timely completion of deliverables and communicate any issues or delays.
• Participate in client meetings when required, using strong English communication skills.

Required profile

• 5–6 years of project management experience, preferably in a startup environment.
• Comfortable working independently in a high‑pressure, low‑forgiveness setting.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Proactive, assertive, and able to take ownership of projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Notion and Slack for project coordination.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for task management.
• Strong organizational ability to synthesize information into concise formats.
