About the role
MAPFRE is looking for an Operative Tramitador to join its contact‑center team in Mexico. The role focuses on handling assistance requests, providing advice on incidents, and generating reports for customers in the insurance and financial services sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and process assistance requests from customers.
- Provide guidance and advice on reported incidents.
- Document and raise reports related to customer issues.
Required profile
- Completed high‑school education.
- Previous experience as a telephone operator in a contact‑center environment, preferably in insurance, financial services, or assistance sectors.
- Strong customer orientation, commitment, problem‑solving ability, and flexibility.
