Outbound Sales Development Representative - Bilingual

About the role

We are looking for an Outbound Sales Development Representative who will generate new business opportunities with U.S. companies for our recruiting and immigration services. The role focuses on proactive outreach, building client relationships, and supporting the growth of our staffing and visa solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct cold outreach and marketing initiatives to engage potential clients.
• Schedule and lead video calls with prospects to present the full service offering.
• Develop and maintain a Sales Playbook, including messaging, objection handling, and conversion workflows.
• Use tools such as Lusha and CRM platforms to source leads and make 100+ outbound calls per day.
• Identify and secure new business across hospitality, farming, engineering, manufacturing and related industries.
• Lead consultative sales conversations, assess client needs, and propose tailored staffing and immigration solutions.
• Maintain pricing frameworks, update prospect databases, and support recruiting teams to ensure timely talent placement.
• Build long‑term client and contractor relationships and represent the company at U.S. conferences and industry events.

Required profile

• Highly motivated, proactive and results‑driven.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven experience in sales or business development.
• Ability to identify client needs and present customized solutions.
• Advanced English proficiency; bilingual capability is a plus.
