Outbound Sales Representative – Hospitality Job Platform

About the role

We are looking for an experienced outbound sales professional to promote our fast‑growing hospitality job platform. You will be responsible for generating leads and selling yearly hiring and brand‑promotion packages to hospitality employers across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and connect with hiring managers or owners in the hospitality sector.
• Pitch OysterLink’s unlimited candidate, priority placement, and brand‑promotion packages.
• Close yearly hiring and brand‑promotion contracts.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects and achieve monthly commission targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling to the hospitality industry, preferably with existing contacts.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads independently.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Outgoing, confident, and professional demeanor with a track record of closing sales.

• Base compensation plus commission with target earnings of $5,000–$10,000 per month.
