Paralegal – LegalTech Customer Success Specialist

About the role

This position is for a Paralegal who loves combining legal expertise with technology and customer service. Based in Mexico, you will help clients navigate legal processes while adopting innovative LegalTech solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and organize legal documents and agreements according to customer requirements.
• Prepare legal documentation for internal review and client delivery.
• Respond to client inquiries about services, account management, and platform usage.
• Assist customers with technical setup, including configuring source‑code‑management integrations.
• Support sales activities by engaging prospects and providing guidance via email and web channels.
• Generate customer reports, ensuring clear and accurate insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve satisfaction, retention, and service quality.
• Act as a trusted advocate, identifying challenges and helping users achieve successful outcomes.

Required profile

• Motivated, detail‑oriented professional with legal knowledge and strong customer‑service skills.
• Experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, customer success specialist, or similar client‑facing role.
• Excellent written English communication and professional interaction abilities.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and proactive attitude.
