Payments Finance & Strategy Manager – LATAM

About the role

Netflix is seeking a senior professional to lead payment analytics and strategy across Latin America. Based in Mexico City, you will shape the region’s payments roadmap, drive acquisition and retention initiatives, and turn data into actionable business insights.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate the financial impact of new payment methods, retention optimisations, and ecosystem engagements.
• Develop financial projections, scenario models, and risk‑mitigation strategies.
• Analyse payment performance to identify improvement opportunities across acquisition, retention, cost, and partner channels.
• Support partner engagement with digital wallets, banks, gift‑card providers, and card networks (Visa/Mastercard).
• Create presentations that inform internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Collaborate with Product to prioritise initiatives and assess their impact.
• Conduct global analyses of payment performance and provide inputs to Data Science, Engineering, and Consumer Insights teams.
• Enhance analytical tooling and improve efficiency of reporting processes.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in an analytical role, preferably management consulting or a tech firm.
• Proven ability to perform comprehensive quantitative analyses independently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to senior executives.
• High intellectual curiosity, results‑orientation, and a commitment to integrity and ethics.
