People Partner / HR Generalist

About the role

Flix is looking for a People Partner/HR Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle for roughly 60 team members. You will help create a positive workplace culture while ensuring operational alignment across recruitment, onboarding, performance, compliance, and HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end HR operations, including contracts, documentation, and HR system accuracy.
• Oversee onboarding and off‑boarding processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
• Monitor attendance, leave, benefits, and payroll inputs for timely processing.
• Support performance management cycles and talent development initiatives.
• Coordinate internal communications, events, and employee engagement programs.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth HR workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations roles supporting 50–100 employees.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a customer‑centric mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR systems and reporting tools.
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
