About the role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute and scale paid acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta and emerging performance platforms. The role is hands‑on, data‑driven and focused on turning media budgets into measurable growth for Klar’s fintech products.
Key responsibilities
- Own day‑to‑day operation of performance campaigns with a monthly budget of over US$2 M.
- Monitor, adjust and optimize paid ads on Google, Facebook/Meta and new channels to improve CAC, ROAS and funnel conversion.
- Create weekly and ad‑hoc performance reports and conduct financial analysis of spend.
- Set up and maintain campaign tracking, attribution models, and pixel/event health.
- Collaborate with creative, analytics and growth teams to launch new campaigns and test experiments.
Required profile
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data‑driven experimentation.
- Experience managing large‑scale paid media budgets.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate results clearly.
