Plant Business Finance Specialist

About the role

Join our team in Reynosa as a Plant Business Finance Specialist. You will provide financial insight, partner with plant leadership, and ensure disciplined governance to support daily operations and transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with plant leadership to drive financial and operational performance and anticipate risks and opportunities.
• Ensure monthly financial statement accuracy, lead month‑end close, and manage quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Perform variance analysis, comment on cost evolution, and present insights to leadership.
• Maintain data consistency across ERP, DFL, Tagetik, SCOP, and Tableau reporting tools.
• Manage internal controls, support governance and compliance activities, oversee capital‑expenditure control, and respond to audit requests.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, operations controlling, or financial business partnership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong collaboration ability with business leaders at all levels.
• High personal accountability, ownership, and ability to organize complex financial information.
• Can‑do mentality and ability to work with multiple stakeholders and BI tools.
• Good English proficiency.
