Plant Director / Factory Manager – Mexico City

About the role

We are looking for an elite Plant Director to lead a high-output manufacturing facility in Mexico City. The role reports directly to the COO and carries full operational and P&L responsibility.

Key responsibilities

• Direct plant operations, engineering, quality and logistics teams to meet strict international output quotas.
• Maximize efficiency and output while navigating local infrastructure and utility constraints.
• Maintain a high-performance corporate culture and drive continuous-improvement initiatives such as Lean and Six Sigma.
• Own the facility’s profit-and-loss statement and ensure financial targets are achieved.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a Tier-1 or Tier-2 advanced manufacturing plant.
• Track record of overseeing a workforce of 500+ employees.
• Full P&L ownership of a large-scale facility.
• Bilingual leadership style with 100 % fluency in English and experience reporting to a global C-suite.
