Plant Director / Factory Manager – Mexico City

About the role
We are seeking an elite Plant Director to take full operational and P&L ownership of a high‑output manufacturing facility in Mexico City. The role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and is critical to maintaining production continuity across industrial corridors.
Key responsibilities
- Lead plant operations, engineering, quality, and logistics teams to meet strict international output quotas.
- Maximize efficiency and output while navigating local infrastructure and utility constraints.
- Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Foster a high‑performance corporate culture across a workforce of 500+ employees.
Required profile
- Extensive experience managing a Tier‑1 or Tier‑2 advanced manufacturing facility.
- Proven track record of full facility P&L ownership.
- Bi‑cultural leadership style with 100% fluency in English.
- Direct reporting experience to a global corporate C‑suite.
