Plant Director / Factory Manager – Mexico City

About the role

We are seeking an elite Plant Director to take full operational and P&L ownership of a high‑output manufacturing facility in Mexico City. The role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and is critical to maintaining production continuity across industrial corridors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead plant operations, engineering, quality, and logistics teams to meet strict international output quotas.
• Maximize efficiency and output while navigating local infrastructure and utility constraints.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Foster a high‑performance corporate culture across a workforce of 500+ employees.

Required profile

• Extensive experience managing a Tier‑1 or Tier‑2 advanced manufacturing facility.
• Proven track record of full facility P&L ownership.
• Bi‑cultural leadership style with 100% fluency in English.
• Direct reporting experience to a global corporate C‑suite.
