Post Sales Support Specialist - Electrification

About the role

ABB is hiring a Post Sales Support Specialist for its electrification business in the Americas, based in San Pedro Garza Garcia. The role reports to the EL Sales Support Manager (Pre-Sales) and supports the assigned sales organization and customers during the proposal process. It is a hybrid position.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area, supporting customers, channels and sales specialists with technical advice and solutions on ABB products, systems and applications.
• Perform analytical and diagnostic studies to find the optimal technical solution for customer needs and complex inquiries.
• Prepare technical descriptions of products and technology, determine costs and prepare final documentation.
• Develop and maintain new sales opportunities, resolve customer problems and ensure targets on orders, Net Price Variance (NPV) and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
• Ensure budget goals, including volume targets and profitable growth, are met across assigned product groups and countries.

Required profile

• More than 2 years of experience in customer service within the electrification sector.
• Degree in engineering or a related field.
• Experience working with sales forces, engineering systems and SAP.
• Comfortable communicating in English.
• Passion for problem solving in high-skilled teams.
